Rashmi Raj is Lead Architect for Health Cloud and Data at Microsoft. She came to Microsoft from Medtronic where she led the Diabetes R&D and was responsible for product strategy, development, Device IoT, clinical trial and regulatory (e.g. FDA) audits and approval. Before Medtronic, she served as the Sr Director of Engineering at United Health Group and was responsible for delivering large-scale healthcare analytics, Care-coordination platform and Lifesciences offerings. Rashmi Raj has also held leadership positions with Oracle Inc. and Motorola.
Rashmi Raj earned Masters in Computer Science from Stanford University with focus and knowledge discovery and data mining. Her hobbies include cooking, painting and spending time with her two boys outside in the nature.
