Ms. Stotenbur currently works as a Vice President of Business Development for Optum Government Solutions. In her role, she works closely with stakeholders to build and maintain effective, quality relationships and drive development across her territory. Shannon works to coordinate and support Optum Teams to ensure all needs are being met to deliver quality services to the client. Prior to Shannon’s work with Optum she was the Director of Communications and Engagement with the Michigan Public Health Institute playing a strategic leadership role in advancing and synthesizing relationship coordination across systems. Shannon has extensive experience working in and around the Community, State and Federal levels building partnerships that foster innovative approaches to achieving success. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ferris State University and a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University.
